Sejurul a fost în mare parte plăcut ,priveliște frumoasă de la hotel tipul de la recepție a fost foarte amabil și de aju. Hotelul aproape de plajă. Nu mi-a plăcut că bateria de la chiuvetă era veche și defectă , picura apă .Perna a fost inconfortabilă,.

Пойдет. Хотелось бы чтоб лучше относился персонал.. Современные номера, нормальные условия для 3 звезд отеля.. Отношение персонала в фойе, не приветливые. Нет безопасной камеры хранения, могут пропадать вещи. Там нет камеры для безопасности..

. Solo panorama. It's not a 3 stars hotel! The rooms are poor; there's no dedicated place in the shower stall to put toiletries, the sink still has old stains, no closet with a door, and few hangers. In short, the quality of the materials, goods, and services are poor. The elevator is dirty and very slow, and the glass covering the outside of the elevator is dirty. The receptionist is out of sorts, has no communication skills, and doesn't feel like talking or giving information, in summary impolite and No friendly! The person who insists on offering massages and taking guests to the spa! He insists insists...You have to leave your room keycard in its designated place to get the lights, and when you leave the room, the air conditioning and refrigerator turn off, leaving everything hot when you return!.

Again, thank you for the staff that made our trip.. We had an amazing experience during our 7-day stay in Antalya ( we added an additional three days). The location was perfect—close to everything, so we didn’t need to travel far to see the popular spots. The staff made our trip even more memorable with their warmth and hospitality.
A special mention goes to Ederim or was it spelled Ederip (forgive me if I got the name slightly wrong), the front desk representative. He truly made us feel like family. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible in Antalya, and our family will always remember his kindness. We also want to thank Nour, the housekeeper, who was always so friendly and caring. She made sure we were comfortable every day, and her kindness really stood out to us.
Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!
